of Santa Catarina. Nautical sports, surf,
windsurf and diving are the main activities choosen by visitors.
Santa Catarina
At the Florianopolis Island, the State's Capital, there
are beaches for all tastes. Elegant, familiar, quiet, in and many others.
Very good hotels, pousadas, restaurants and night-clubs will make you
decide to include Santa Catarina's beaches in your visit.

The Ilha do Mel (Island) is Paraná's best place to discover its coast. More on Ilha do Mel
The State of Rio Grande do Sul
Brazil's Southern State of Rio Grande do Sul has a few beaches to mention. Above all, there is the Praia de Torres (Torres Beach), in
the north of the State. This beach is even a Post Card of the Rio Grande do Sul for it is well known because of it cliffs.
However, these beaches are less visited by foreigners.
