Ceará's East Coast

The Ceará is one of Brazil's most beautiful ones. From Canoa Quebrada, in the Eastern Coast to Jericoacoara, in the Western Coast, there are plenty of nice beaches to discover.

What make these coasts so appreciated is the presence of dunes, coconut trees and the blue / green lukewarm waters of Ceará. That's why Ceará is called the land of the green seas.

Without all the fame of its decane Copacabana, Ipanema Beach, in the borough with the same name, in a very short time became as well known as its older sister Copacabana, and nowadays is the prefered beach of cariocas who are in and of tourists.
